Sheets and data

Build collaborative, structured workspaces around your data.

A Sheet is the core unit of work in Leadbase. It contains typed columns, rows, sharing rules, revision history, and optional AI-assisted enrichment.

Everyday work

  • Add, edit, and select cells directly in the grid.
  • Start from the permanent All rows tab, or create saved view tabs for a shared filter and sort. Filtering or sorting All rows creates a new view so the complete table always remains easy to inspect.
  • Rename, reorder, or delete saved views from their tab menus. Each saved view keeps its own filters, sorting, column order and hidden columns; column widths and the underlying rows stay shared.
  • Open Columns in the toolbar to search fields, toggle visibility, or drag them into your preferred order. The column header menu can also hide a field in the current view. Customizing column visibility from All rows creates a saved view; hidden fields remain stored and can be shown again.
  • Use the Sheet action menu for actions such as duplication, sharing, or archival when your role permits them.
  • Changes synchronize for collaborators with access to the same Sheet.
