Scheduled enrichment

Repeat a column research task and inspect each run, cost and next execution.

Create a schedule from the column

  1. Open the intended Sheet and the target column's configuration. Set its research prompt and context columns first.
  2. Under Scheduled jobs, choose Add job.
  3. Choose every day, every weekday, every week, every month, or Custom interval. Custom intervals accept a number of days, weeks or months.
  4. Review the displayed cadence and next execution. The schedule captures your browser's time zone and the local time when it is created. Weekly and monthly presets use the current weekday or day of month; this form does not offer a separate time-zone or time-of-day picker.

A column can have up to eight scheduled jobs. Each schedule uses the column's current prompt and context. Changing that configuration affects future research; review it before the next run.

Which rows run

Scheduled enrichment rechecks the target field for rows with at least one value in another active field. Completely empty rows are skipped. This can revisit cells that already contain a value. Choose a cadence appropriate to how quickly the requested fact changes.

Scheduled research uses the workspace's normal access, admission and credit controls. It is billable research, not an unlimited free refresh. Check the row scope, budget and settled usage before increasing frequency; a missing answer does not necessarily mean no cost.

Monitor each run

Open Automations to see the Sheet, column, cadence, next run and time zone. Expand a job for its execution history. Outcomes such as completed, skipped, pending, dispatched or failed describe execution; they do not guarantee a value in every cell. Inspect the Sheet's actual results and sources, and Activity for research costs.

Remove or change a schedule

Remove a job using its delete action in the column configuration or Automations. This stops future occurrences; it does not erase existing results or undo research already dispatched. To change cadence, remove the old schedule and create the intended replacement so you do not leave overlapping jobs running.
